- God has called us to serve the community in Springbourne and to work toward seeing it transformed by the glory of God.
- God has called us as a church to equip all who come to serve their communities for Christ and to see them transformed by the glory of God.
- We seek to radiate God's glory in all that we do.
- Every person in the church is called to play their part in advancing the Kingdom of God.
- Empowerment of the Spirit for the Christian life is for every believer. Discipleship, evangelism and service must work together for the church to grow spiritually, numerically and in effectiveness.
- Leadership should be in teams, no one person has the gifts required to lead the church on their own.
- God has called us to go into all the world in order that we might proclaim Him and see people won to Him, baptised, equipped and sent as His army to win others.
- All that we do must be grounded in the word of God, empowered by the Spirit and saturated by prayer.
- We are committed to the proclamation of the Word of God.
